About The Position

The position involves assisting faculty with primary research in the Marine Mammal Program at NCF. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, preparing manuscripts, and presenting scientific findings at conferences. The role also requires engaging in networking, outreach, and collaboration management on both funded and unfunded research projects with the Principal Investigator (PI). Additionally, the candidate will learn, use, and teach advanced acoustics and/or brain connectivity software programs, and will be responsible for documenting and organizing all research materials on a daily and weekly basis.
