About The Position

A Graduate Research Appointment (GRA) position is available to work with the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) group that is within Hematology Research. The CLL research group has a major focus on understanding the nature and scope of the leukemic microenvironment in the pathobiology of CLL. For example, significant advances of our group have included detailing the impact of stromal cells and their secreted products on leukemic B cells and the ability of CLL B cells to modify the stromal cell functional status . We also employ approaches including CUT&Tag, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, CRISPR, genetic/epigenetic editing, and integrative bioinformatic analyses to explore the functional importance of epigenetic regulation in CLL progression and drug resistance.
