The West Virginia University John Chambers College of Business and Economics is seeking a graduate programs recruiter. This position is responsible for supporting the strategic graduate programs recruitment initiatives and reports. The incumbent will be responsible for the formation, implementation and assessment of recruitment strategies to attract graduate students for the on-campus and online graduate programs for the College. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting institutional research, analyzing data and identifying best practices utilized by peer AACSB business schools. Emphases are placed on finding new sources of students and attracting students with competitive academic profiles and increasing the conversion of graduate students in the admit pool.
