The Penn State College of Engineering is seeking to fill a part-time graduate program support position to assist with various administrative duties at the University Park campus. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with planning graduate recruitment events Engaging in verbal and written communication with prospective students regarding the application process, campus visits, and application status Preparing acceptance/rejection letters Providing support to the full-time Academic Program Coordinator The position is a part-time, with an average of 20-24 hours per week, and will offer a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus working.
