Provides direction to and supervision of LPNs, Techs, Clerks, Nursing Assistants, and/or other categories as needed. Works collaboratively and effectively with all members of the Patient Care Team. Requirements

Graduation from a state approved nursing educational program.
Currently registered (or planning to register) to take the State board licensing exam. The expectation is that the State board licensing exam will be taken as soon as possible. Medication delivery and counting of narcotics or witnessing waste of narcotics may not be done until the RN licensure is obtained.
Maintains Basic Life Support certification.
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
