About The Position
The Four Time ANCC Magnet designated UPMC St. Margaret is currently hiring a Full-time Professional Staff Nurse to support various Acute Care units as part of a special Rotational Program at our Aspinwall, PA location. The Graduate Nurse Rotational Program is a rebranded initiative specific to St. Margaret and will begin in February and July 2025. Selected participants will rotate through six various units (progressive care, rehab, ortho, neuro/oncology, renal/resp., and surgical floor) for six months. Each new graduate will have an experienced registered nurse as a mentor and have preceptors for each 'rotation'. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from many talented nurses and receive a broad education on all foundational nursing skills. At the end of the 'rotations', you will be matched through a mutual matching process with a participating unit, or you may remain in the resource pool.
