This position is designed for soon-to-be graduates who are eager to begin their professional journey in a supportive, team-oriented senior care environment. Graduate Nurses (LPN or RN) will: Transition into a licensed nursing role upon successful completion of their program and passing the NCLEX. Participate in a structured orientation program. Work alongside experienced nursing professionals and clinical leaders. Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders (upon licensure). Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
- Anticipated graduation date within the upcoming academic year
- Eligible to sit for NCLEX examination
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
- Successful completion of nursing program
- Passing the NCLEX
- Active Minnesota nursing license
- Successful background study
