Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of tasks in providing nursing care to assigned patients.
• Conduct individualized nursing assessments for each assigned patient.
• Develop and update care plans utilizing established standards of care, including physician prescribed therapies.
• Organize and coordinate patient care, collaborating with staff to implement care plans.
• Participate in staff and patient care conferences.
• Assist in the clinical education and orientation of other staff; guide and supervise assigned personnel in patient care.
