About The Position
The Graduate Nurse (GN) is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and less than one year of clinical experience. This position is part of the Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC) RN Residency Program, designed to support new graduates and inexperienced nurses as they transition into competent nursing roles. The program emphasizes professional development, effective decision-making, and the application of nursing theories in clinical practice, all within a supportive environment.
