About The Position
The Human Resource Graduate Analyst will learn 3 vital functions of Human Resources within a manufacturing environment, Learning and Development, Labor Relations, and Total Rewards. In particular, they will have a unique experience of partnering with a newly formed Labor Relations team as a result of the union negotiations. As well as gain exposure to a new global HRIS system, SuccessFactors HelloSuccess.
