About The Position

The Graduate Enrollment Coordinator at Baylor University plays a crucial role in supporting the mission and vision of the University within the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant work experience required.
• Three years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong technical/computer skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to accurately estimate timelines and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective students.
• Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries pertaining to prospective students.
• Implement targeted calling/e-mail/mail campaigns to shape enrollment goals.
• Support the program through managing data in the CRM that will enable effective communication and acceptance of prospective students and admits.
• Evaluate and process data from completed applications into the student information systems to meet operational goals of accuracy and speed.
• Review complete files and participate in the review process for admissions decisions based on evaluation of key criteria; counsel admitted students regarding final enrollment decision process and timeline.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and admissions of students to the program.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
