Job Summary TYLin is seeking a Water Graduate Engineer Designer to join our TYLin Water Solutions Team. The Water Graduate Engineer Designer will support project teams and the firm’s key regional clients in the design and planning of complex and innovative wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, and water treatment and distribution projects as part of the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Nice To Haves

  • MS. degree preferred.
  • Previous intern experience in water and wastewater engineering highly preferred.
  • EIT licensure highly encouraged to be eligible to take PE licensure exam.

Responsibilities

  • Engineering design and consulting for complex assignments, including hydraulic and hydrologic calculations, utility plans, technical specifications, and cost estimating.
  • Preparation of design and construction documents for wastewater and water treatment facilities, and conveyance and distribution projects.
  • Participate in assignments as a member of a team, sometimes in a lead role in particular areas of expertise, including peer mentorship of design and consulting staff.
  • Regular meeting and presentation of project deliverables to clients.
