About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Graduate Engineer - Transportation to join our Mobility Service Line in the Appleton, WI office. We will provide you with the mentoring and team environment that will allow you to grow and learn in your professional career. This position will give you an opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects for state, county, and municipal clients. You will work on transportation planning, design, and traffic analysis with an emphasis on highway and intersection design projects. What does it mean to serve communities for over 100 years? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026 required
  • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous consulting or DOT internship experience preferred
  • Successfully passed FE exam preferred
  • Microstation or AutoCAD experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • CAD work and 3D design on intersection, highway, aviation, and other improvement projects
  • Construction observation for various transportation projects
  • Public meeting presentation displays and public engagement
  • Working alongside other engineers, including PE's
