About The Position

As a Graduate Engineer at WSB, you will assist in the design and coordination of roadway projects for government agencies such as City, County, and ODOT. Specific tasks include design calculations, quantity and cost estimates, developing design specifications, alignment and profile design, and plan preparation. You will also learn the industry by attending client meetings and taking meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar degree from an accredited school.
• 1-4 years of experience in Transportation engineering or related field preferred.
• Ability to prepare, read, and understand construction plans and technical documents.
• Functional understanding of design software packages, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and preferably MicroStation.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Transportation Engineering Internship experience preferred.
