Graduate Engineer - Traffic

Requirements
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering (transportation emphasis preferred)
- EIT required or achieve a passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering exam within 6 months of hire
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- A proactive, customer-service attitude is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with traffic analysis software, including Synchro, HCS, Arc GIS, VISSIM, TransCad, a plus
Responsibilities
- assisting in analysis, design and implementation of projects such as traffic impact studies, traffic operations studies, capacity analysis, traffic signal design, signal timing, signing, striping, lighting and traffic control plans
- participate in our in-house staff learning and development program, MOORELearning
