Requirements

• An associate degree or higher is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in higher education career services, the placement industry, or Student Affairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
• Experience in goal setting and meeting designated outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the local community and employment opportunities.
• Advanced skills in critical thinking for training and career guidance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Placement Excellence by meeting or exceeding accreditation benchmarks for graduate employment.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with students, graduates, and alumni to facilitate optimal job matching.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CampusNexus and Graduate Employment files.
• Deliver impactful professional development workshops using community resources.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare employers for successful graduate placements.
• Coordinate student interviews professionally and follow up in a timely manner.
• Participate in campus activities such as graduation ceremonies, job fairs, and student appreciation events.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the college.
