The Graduate Employee in the Office of Assessment and Accountability within the College of Education will provide essential support to staff. This role involves managing daily correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and responding to inquiries promptly. The employee will enter information into various technological platforms and assist students, faculty, and staff with operational tasks. Additionally, the position includes assisting the Associate Dean, Director, and staff in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data, as well as creating and distributing reports and presentations. The employee will also help plan and coordinate meetings and events, gather and submit travel documents, answer multi-line phones, direct calls, maintain office supply inventory, prepare documents, and assist with various office projects.
