About The Position

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or Business Studies.
  • Maximum of 1 year of work experience post-graduation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • International experience is a benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rolling Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process by collaborating with factories, supply centers, and markets.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer delivery targets.
  • Optimize product phase in/out processes in cooperation with marketing and project teams.
  • Lead the Long-Term Sales Plan process and coordinate with factories and suppliers for capacity preparation.
  • Identify improvement opportunities driven by operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
  • Work on warehousing and delivery performance measurement and analytics within the Integrated Warehousing and Distribution department.
  • Engage with Philips businesses to develop improvement ideas based on delivery performance insights.
  • Handle various topics related to export regulations and customs processes within the Global Trade Compliance organization.
  • Build and enrich forecasts for Philips consumer products as a Demand Planner.
  • Analyze market trends and customer stock levels to create reliable supply chain plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for alignment and opportunity identification.
  • Support change management activities around E2E technology implementations in the Strategy & Transformation team.
