About The Position
The Insulet Human Factors team is seeking enthusiastic and team-focused individuals who are eager to learn and apply Human Factors principles to design safe, effective, and usable products for the diabetes-care industry. As a Graduate Co-op in Human Factors Engineering, you will play a crucial role in completing Human Factors deliverables necessary for the definition, design, and evaluation of medical devices within this sector. You will join a small, dynamic team of Human Factors Engineers, contributing to the design and development of next-generation diabetes products before they are commercially released. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong interest in Human Factors, who thrives in collaborative environments, possesses analytical thinking skills, and has a high level of curiosity when solving problems.
