The University Libraries is seeking a Library Program Specialist Graduate Assistant (GA) to support open educational resources (OER) and other instructional areas. The Libraries lead OER efforts on campus, including managing a grant program for faculty and overseeing Pressbooks, an authoring and editing platform for open textbooks. OER helps make college education more affordable by providing freely available and reusable teaching materials. This position, located in the Research and Instructional Services Department of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center, will also assist with dual enrollment classes and AI literacy education. The appointment is for 20 hours per week for 10 months, from August through May, and is approximately equivalent to teaching two face-to-face courses per semester.
