The Graduate Assistant (IRB Administrative) position is designed to support the design, analysis, development, testing, and UX research and design of Gannon's IRB software. The role requires a graduate assistant to gather and analyze software requirements from various stakeholders, including students, staff, faculty, and other users of the IRB Software. The ideal candidate will implement effective solutions to address IRB software issues and improve the efficiency and productivity of the software's analysis, design, implementation, and deployment. This position also involves planning, coordinating, managing, and evaluating project deliverables, deadlines, and activities related to the IRB Software. Weekend work may be required, and the candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision, pay attention to details, and be organized.
