This position supports the College of Business, Health, and Human Services IT department. Graduate students work 20 hours per week. Regular and reliable attendance is essential. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• Regular admission to a UA Little Rock School (either Full or Part Time) Graduate Program and good standing with the Graduate School for continuing graduate students
• Ability to work the required hours (FT-50% - 20 hours per week/PT-25% - 10 hours per week) with regular attendance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting IT support staff in their duties
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with systems
• Inventory management
• Keeping computer systems up to date
• Working with and around faculty and students
