About The Position

The Graduate Assistant (GA) will assist with recruiting, game planning, and all aspects of the Division II program in compliance with all NCAA, MEC Conference, and institutional rules and regulations. This position is open to Concord Graduate Students only. Full tuition waiver plus competitive stipend provided.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Driver's license required.
• Over 1 year, up to 2 years of playing and/or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and game planning for the Division II program.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, MEC Conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
• Serve as a positive role model to student-athletes on and off the field.
• Exhibit strong leadership and develop leadership capabilities within student-athletes.
• Monitor and assist student-athletes with academic success.
• Effectively recruit quality student-athletes.
• Assist the head coach with any and all aspects of the program.
