Graduate Assistant for the American Indian Studies Program Housed under Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies Department Position Overview: The Department of American Indian Studies seeks students as Graduate Assistants. Appointments are contingent upon adequate funding. The Graduate Assistant is a student position for those actively enrolled in a graduate program at Fresno State . Students are limited to 20-hours of part-time work on campus. The department reserves the right to choose the most qualified candidate for each position and to assign Graduate Assistants to the courses or duties that are appropriate for the department program and curriculum in any given semester. Compiling water and farm data for the San Joaquin Valley from existing Groundwater Sustainability Agency databases; Compiling California water data from state water databases; Compiling Tribal and Allottee data from California state databases; Creating water maps and Tribal water maps for the San Joaquin Valley.
