About The Position
The Graduate Admissions Specialist plays a crucial role in attracting and nurturing prospective medical students. You'll be at the forefront of the admissions process, connecting with potential students from inquiry to application. In this dynamic role, you'll: Become a medical school champion: Represent Ross University School of Medicine and American University of the Caribbean with enthusiasm, building relationships and generating interest from prospective students. Craft a seamless student journey: Guide potential students through the application process, answering their questions and providing exceptional customer service via phone calls, text messages, and email. Spark excitement for medical school: Collaborate across departments to develop and participate in engaging events and initiatives that attract top medical talent.
