About The Position

The Graduate Admission Reader is responsible for serving as a member of the Graduate Admissions Committee by reading applications and reviewing virtual candidate interviews. Specifically responsible for thoroughly reviewing applications in a timely manner in accordance with Graduate Admissions’ policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Education, or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Strong writing skills and ability to review full applications in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office.

• Previous work in Graduate Admissions a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reading applications for Babson’s full-time and part-time programs.
• Responsible for reviewing virtual candidate interviews.
• Provides detailed write-ups of application notes and interview notes that adhere to Graduate Admissions’ review standards.
• Makes recommendations as a temporary member of the Graduate Admissions committee.
• Assumes additional responsibilities and projects as required.
