Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three (3) or more years of related work experience
• Proven proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or applications as required for specific position
• Proficient with computers and computer applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, ApplicationXtender, Banner, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office, Google, etc.
• Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all student records (electronic) related to graduate admissions for the institution
• Evaluate graduate student records to ensure the record is current and complete
• Evaluate graduate student applications and transcripts (including all program requirements), and post official admissions decisions
• Load data into the university's student record systems
• Evaluate documents for residency status
• Evaluate and verify lawful presence documentation
• Conduct routine data audits to validate data accuracy
• Collaborate with program directors and program faculty to ensure students matriculate through the application funnel
• Support graduate programs to adhere to admission policies and procedures
• Support student services functions and procedures
• Support students pursuing undergraduate to graduate program pathways
