About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with proficiency in Office365.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with self-motivation to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with various communication methods, including virtual meetings and direct conversations.
  • Experience organizing or facilitating meetings, including planning and logistical support.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or higher with working knowledge of student information systems.
  • Experience working in higher education, including data collection and analysis.
  • Experience coordinating and executing large events.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Oversee registration processes and resolve data errors while serving as the primary contact for student record inquiries.
  • Build and maintain academic requirements in Workday, audit degree progress, and communicate issues to students and staff.
  • Assist in ensuring data integrity in Workday SIS and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Organize and track curriculum proposals and update the graduate catalog annually.
  • Serve as a point of contact for graduate academic records and policy inquiries, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate commencement activities and events, including verifying graduation rosters and managing regalia orders.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by the Executive Director.
