About The Position

The Grader Operator is responsible for palletizing, denesting, and the flow of product from entry into denesting through plant and out the cooler door.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure denester team is aware and prepared when product type is changing
• Monitor issues with the grader machines
• Verify egg size; ensure eggs are getting the appropriate packaging
• Serve as liaison with quality team
• Print labels for pelletizing
• Work closely with USDA representative
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
• Other duties as assigned
