The Grader participates as a team member, contributing to the development and implementation of team concepts and policies, and coordinates work to ensure best practices among team members. The position also requires attending team meetings and fostering strong cohesiveness within the team regarding major issues such as direction, annual plans, and policy changes. The Grader must be familiar with Simmons' established operating systems and understand their role in supporting these systems.
