About The Position

Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome! If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for! We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic instructor to lead our Grade School Gymnastics classes (ages 6–12) on weekday afternoons and evenings. The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. A background in gymnastics, child development, or physical education is a huge plus

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of gymnastics and play, all within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll train you on everything you need to know!).
Safely spot and support grade school gymnasts while they learn new skills and build confidence.
Provide outstanding customer service and a top-notch membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
Create a fun, challenging, and encouraging atmosphere that allows every child to grow at their own pace.
