About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Grade Foreman to lead grading crews on civil construction projects in the Vicksburg area. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage crews, equipment, and production efficiently. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of directing daily operations, reading and interpreting plans, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. This role will require periodic travel with the crew to perform work at our Gulf Islands project. This role is for seasoned professionals who can take ownership of a project and deliver results.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in civil grading and sitework
• Prior foreman or leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and layout
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Interpret plans, elevations, and specifications
• Maintain production schedules and quality control
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
