We take on the biggest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA. We’re seeking an exceptional grade checker who can confidently guide LB3 iron in building successful projects. If you love earthmoving, are tired of dealing with old equipment, have a positive attitude, and love making an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you.
Requirements
- Reading plans, cut / fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects.
- Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs.
- Using the latest GPS technology such as rovers etc. to check grade efficiently.
- Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.
- Communicating with others including operators and managers.
- Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).
