About The Position

We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking General Laborers with experience in construction for the Huntsville, AL / North Alabama operations area, Alabama SMA reporting to the Area Construction Manager & Superintendent. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.
