About The Position
The Grade 4 Teacher position involves being a Classroom Teacher responsible for creating a positive and effective learning environment for students. The teacher will demonstrate a depth of content knowledge and understanding, develop lesson plans that are age and developmentally appropriate, and design lessons that accommodate multiple learning styles. The teacher will also activate and build upon students' prior skills, interests, and knowledge while aligning lesson objectives with school and state standards. Additionally, the teacher will adapt the curriculum in accordance with student IEPs and 504 plans.
