About the position

The Grade 3 Teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth. The teacher will develop and implement lesson plans that are age and developmentally appropriate, accommodating multiple learning styles and aligning with school and state standards. The role involves adapting curriculum and instruction based on individual student needs, including those outlined in IEPs and 504 plans. The teacher will also assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic development.
