About The Position
The Grade 3 Classroom Teacher at Eddy Elementary School is responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students. The teacher will utilize best practices in teaching and learning, plan and deliver instruction that meets the diverse needs of all learners, and collaborate with support staff and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience. The role requires effective implementation of the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and State Standards across all content areas, as well as the ability to scaffold and differentiate instruction in a heterogeneous classroom setting. The teacher should have training in the Science of Reading and experience with project-based learning, along with a flexible attitude and a commitment to lifelong learning.
