About The Position

Felicity Franklin Local Schools is seeking a Grade 1 Long Term Substitute Teacher for Felicity-Franklin Elementary School. The anticipated start date for this position is February 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and support to first-grade students in a classroom setting.

Requirements

• Must possess Elementary School licensure/certification.
• Must meet ODE HQT qualifications.
• Must complete and pass BCII and FBI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to Grade 1 students in accordance with the curriculum.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assess and evaluate student progress.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Implement classroom management strategies.
