About The Position
The Graduate Nurse Residency Program at Bristol Hospital is designed for newly graduated nurses to transition into professional practice within the behavioral health field. This full-time program offers a structured environment with a focus on patient-centered care, professional growth, and leadership development. Participants will receive mentorship through a 1:1 preceptor for 12 weeks, along with monthly seminars for a year, aimed at enhancing their nursing skills and knowledge in a supportive team culture.
