This program is a challenging two-year development opportunity designed to help you obtain valuable company knowledge, hands-on experience, and expertise in your chosen discipline. Candidates will have the chance to work in various roles such as Design Engineer, Field Support Engineer, IEC Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Operations Engineer, Power Distribution Engineer, Environmental or Safety Engineering, Advanced Process Control Engineering, and special assignments to large capital projects. After the initial assignment, successful candidates should be open to the possibility of relocating to other Chevron Phillips work locations to further their development.
