About The Position
Chevron Phillips Chemical is seeking innovative and motivated Chemical Engineering professionals to join our Graduate Rotation and Development Program (GRAD) for the upcoming year. This program is a challenging two-year development opportunity designed to help you obtain valuable company knowledge, hands-on experience, and expertise in your chosen discipline. As a participant in the GRAD program, you will have the chance to work in various areas such as research and development, engineering, or business functions, allowing you to hit the ground running from day one. We provide the freedom to design your own career path and offer the tools and training necessary for you to develop to your full potential. The GRAD program is tailored for recent graduates who possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or are currently enrolled in their final year of a Chemical Engineering degree program. After the initial assignment, successful candidates should be open to the possibility of relocating to other Chevron Phillips work locations to further their development.
