About The Position

The GPS Pricing Analyst Supervising Associate at EY will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for developing and managing pricing and financial models to support government and public sector pursuits. This role requires collaboration with proposal teams to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and EY policies while operating in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes building strong relationships and providing strategic pricing support to achieve competitive pricing positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of evaluating and understanding RFPs, developing cost/price models, summarizing financials, and supporting strategic pricing discussions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly high-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A strong working knowledge of a professional services organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in US Government Contracting, including knowledge of and experience developing price proposals for various contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus).
  • Experience with contract vehicles (IDIQ, GWAC, BPA), including GSA Schedule pricing.
  • Advanced oral and written communications skills.
  • Minimum Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Review cost/price volumes to ensure adherence to RFP requirements and EY's estimating system.
  • Build, maintain, and run standard pricing/financial models, confirming accuracy of cost, price, margin, and other relevant financial metrics.
  • Support the Solutions team in developing a Basis of Estimate for Pricing activities.
  • Provide support to the Strategic Pricing and Pursuit team in achieving a competitive pricing position.
  • Build and populate customer submission pricing exhibits.
  • Create compliant cost volume outlines and provide guidance to contributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, proposal teams, and colleagues.
  • Support teammates through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and price proposal reviews.
