Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
- 10+ years of experience in system of systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programs
- Experience in mission readiness planning, including operational test, operational acceptance, and transition to operations planning
- Experience in developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, managing giver or receivers, and managing risks for space programs
- Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activities
- Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Nice To Haves
- 15+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testing
- Experience in launch planning and execution and satellite operations
- Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
- Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segment
- Possession of writing skills for program or systems engineering documentation
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Masters degree in engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
- PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certifications
