About The Position
The Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence team seeks an experienced Staffing/Basis of Estimate (BOE) specialist with deep experience developing staffing strategy, building/maintaining a project Staffing database, aligning staff to LCAT and functional roles, and defining the level of effort (LOE) rationale. The lead should have a proven track record of success on $100M+ bids. This position works directly with the proposal staffing manager, capture executive, deal architect, and technical volume lead to develop a staffing strategy to meet technical solution.
