  • Dive into incoming GPO membership cases, apply specific rules, and reconcile membership details with precision.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate resolution of membership inquiries.
  • Use Salesforce and Power BI dashboards to manage data, track progress, and deliver insights.
  • Juggle multiple priorities with confidence and urgency, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and engagement campaigns that strengthen GPO relationships.
  • Analyze membership trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Keep documentation fresh and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams and with external partners
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for solving problems
  • Comfortable managing multiple urgent priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience using Salesforce and Power BI dashboards
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with GPO membership and/or contract management is a strong plus
