About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will: Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer Lead complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related services Develop business requirements, create/manage project plans and coordinate appropriate meetings Establish timelines and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit Work with key partners on project priority and scope Communicate status to project team and the customer Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of Treasury Management experience in service or implementation
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
