Requirements

  • 5–7+ years managing complex hardware + software development projects.
  • Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent technical PM experience.
  • Experience with GPDP/stage‑gate + Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of integrated systems and engineering lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • 8–10+ years experience in PM or engineering.
  • PMP/IPMA/Agile certification.
  • Medical device or regulated development experience.
  • Experience leading global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project execution (feasibility → pilot builds → manufacturing).
  • Build and manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and cost targets.
  • Drive cross‑functional workstreams across global teams.
  • Serve as Product Owner within Agile Product Owner Teams.
  • Oversee engineering deliverables (software, hardware, systems, A/V).
  • Coordinate BOMs, drawings, part numbering, and long‑lead procurement.
  • Communicate status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support manufacturing ramp, field deployment, and sustaining efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with GPDP, QMS, regulatory, and cybersecurity processes.
