As a Continuous Improvement Engineering Co-op, you will work with experts in the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product. The position will work with multiple departments and processes to drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and apply Lean Manufacturing, Equipment & Product Design, Problem Solving, and Six Sigma techniques, work on cross-functional teams, learn a multitude of manufacturing processes, and expand one’s engineering knowledge in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to join our newly developed Global Product Development Team’s Rotational Co-Op Program. In this program you will be given the chance to work on specially selected projects to gain relevant experience to your field. Based on performance, you may be selected to return for following semesters up to four in total; following a 1 on 1 off schedule, that could include up to 4 total semesters with the GPD Team.
