About The Position

As a Gowning Technician, you are vital to the safety and success of the manufacturing process. Your primary role is to act as the Gowning Technician, ensuring all personnel follow strict contamination control protocols. Collect and replace soiled gowning articles and maintain proper inventory levels of PPE. Stock GMP manufacturing areas with gloves, masks, hairnets, and shoe covers. Perform routine sanitization of process areas as a Sanitation Associate to meet quality standards. Complete accurate GMP and GDP documentation (ALCOA) to ensure records are maintained contemporaneously. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pass gowning qualification tests.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and an excellent attendance record.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Must follow strict dress code: no cosmetics, nail polish, or jewelry in GMP areas.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a GMP environment is a plus, but we will train the right person!
