About The Position

The instructor will teach Intro to Global Studies (college credit) to high school students participating in the Governor's School program. Classes meet weekdays from late June through late July 2026, specifically from Monday, June 29, 2026, through Friday, July 24, 2026. Each instructor will be responsible for delivering an academically rigorous and engaging course appropriate for high-achieving high school students in a pre-collegiate setting. Course materials and a finalized syllabus are due by June 1, 2026. Canvas will be available for instructional use and course management. All deliverables, reports, documentation, files, media, and other materials created in connection with the Governor's School program shall be considered "Work Product" and shall constitute works made for hire belonging exclusively to the University.

Requirements

  • Hold or be actively working toward a terminal degree in the subject area or a related field

Responsibilities
